Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Store credit only for sale merchandise. All returns must be unworn with original tags and original box if applicable. DO NOT tape the original box up and put labels all over the original box. Either wrap the box or mail it in a separate box. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable; the customer is additionally responsible to return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of returning your product, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You must include your receipt and mail the item(s) back to us.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
