Shipping Notice
At Ray’s Western Wear, we work hard to get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once a package leaves our facility, however, we cannot control how long it takes to reach you. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carriers, and many have been experiencing longer-than-usual delays due to nationwide shipping and supply chain issues.
Because of this, estimated delivery windows may vary, and we strongly recommend placing orders ahead of time — especially during busy seasons, holidays, or special events — to make sure your items arrive when you need them.
Please understand that we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order is in transit, and we will not tolerate disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our staff regarding issues that are beyond our control. Our team is here to help and will always do our best to provide updates and support where possible.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Store credit only for sale merchandise. All returns must be unworn with original tags and original box if applicable. DO NOT tape the original box up and put labels all over the original box. Either wrap the box or mail it in a separate box. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable; the customer is additionally responsible to return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of returning your product, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You must include your receipt and mail the item(s) back to us.
